To request a refund, email hello@permitsguide.com from the address used to place the order, and include your order reference and the correspondence from your building department. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The guarantee covers the drawing we produced. It does not cover a project that a jurisdiction refuses on grounds unrelated to the site plan itself, such as a structure that would not comply with local zoning wherever it is drawn, or a requirement for a certified or stamped survey prepared by a licensed surveyor, which is a different document that we do not provide. Where your city requires a certified survey, we will tell you so and refund the order rather than supply a document that cannot satisfy it.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
